I am an undergraduate computer science student at the University of Toronto.
I am interested broadly in computer systems, in particular distributed systems, embedded systems, computer architecture, operating systems, mobile computing, and parallel computing.
In undergrad, I gained leadership skills while serving as the President of the University of Toronto Tennis Club and the Hart House Chess Club.
I interned at the Government of Ontario, TD Bank, and recently worked as a project lead at a department at the University of Toronto.
I worked on two academic projects supervised by Prof. Paul Dietz (phototransistor based chess tracking) and Prof. Mario Badr (comp arch visualizations).
From these experiences, I believe I have gained a better understanding of the social impact of technology and the many trade-offs involved in computer science.
